SHIPPING

Each piece of jewellery is lovingly designed and handcrafted by Aleisha. Although some items are ready to ship upon purchase, they may take anywhere from 1-4 weeks* to complete upon purchasing, depending on the nature and complexity of the individual item. For one of a kind custom orders, photos and progress can be sent to you along the creation journey via email upon request. Once the item is ready to ship, you will be notified via email with the relevant tracking information. 

* We understand that sometimes you may have your heart set on a design for a specific date or special occasion, so if you would like to find out if a piece can be created in a rush, please don’t hesitate to contact us at hello@inka.jade.com and we will do our best to accomodate you.

It is recommended that you ensure the shipping address provided is both accurate & up to date, and is also a safe and secure address for parcels to be left. We are not responsible for missing parcels that have been signed off as delivered by the shipping provider. 

We aim to be a sustainable and eco-friendly as possible, therefore minimal packaging is used when posting your item. We also include information such as how to care for your jewellery digitally (see our Jewellery Care page), as opposed to printing to avoid excessive paper waste.

We ship worldwide, from the origin country of Australia. Please contact us if you have any inquiries or specific requests regarding shipping. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns.

If you receive an item in the mail that is damaged, we will do our best to address any problems. Please contact us immediately and depending on the damage, we may be able to repair the item. The item must be returned within one working week of receipt to be valid for this to occur. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and associated costs. Returns or exchanges cannot be made with any sale items. If however their is a fault with the item within three months of the purchase date a store credit to the value of the faulty item can be granted. This does not include items damaged by the wearer due to neglect in caring for the item correctly. 

It is recommended that if you are unsure of your ring size, to be accurately sized by a professional jeweller before placing your order, as once a ring is made to size, it is often difficult and sometimes not possible to resize.
